LVH-Pocono offers a team of trauma surgeons, advanced practitioners, and nurses with specialized training in the treatment of trauma available 24/7 to meet the needs of the injured patient. We provide critical care services, we have cardiothoracic surgeons on staff and orthopedic surgeons on call, 24 hours a day. We also have anesthesiologists in-house who are prepared to provide rapid care when needed. This team works in conjunction with many ancillary services to provide the most comprehensive care possible for the patient to move through all phases of care (acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient and home care) as well as addressing the psychosocial needs of the patient and their families. Support services are available and are imperative in the recovery process.
