Injured from hit .
Hello guys, I have a question , I was standing in my university and unfortunately I got hit on the back of my neck by strong fist by my friend , I didn’t had concussion or unconsciousness but I am feeling little bit pressure and stiffness and minor pain in neck when I turn my head or sleep, however pain is subsiding today is 2nd day . should I go to doctor or this trauma will cause future problems for example hypopituitarism , hyperpituitarism or damage to medulla oblongata etc or should I leave it as its getting better over time ?, Thanks in advance?
