Best friend recently became completely paralyzed from the neck down from single vehicle Auto accident
Very long story short, my friend was in a serious auto accident at 2:30AM and was finally discovered by the property owner at 5:00AM-roughly 3 hours later. He was immediately flown to a level one trauma center where he remains in the critical care ICU wing.. he destroyed his c4 which in turn severed his spinal cord at that position. He is still on a vent and his in the process of being transferred to a rehab center that deals with the breathing/ coughing aspect of this new journey. Since he’s received his trash he can mouth words and sentences pretty well. Considering everything since the accident, he is in a very upbeat positive mood.
