Managing life after acute necrotizing pancreatitis
Every time my stomach or back hurts i’m afraid it causes me to spiral and to remember all the bad memories from my experience is there any advice on how to handle and cope with this?

Hi and I wanted to say, I can understand a fraction of what you experience. I had Pancreatitis three times in the last 8 years, the last one I nearly died. Every time I get mid-lower back pain, I pause to consider the possibility of it being Pancreatitis again.
