- Guest services is located on the Ground Floor in the West Tower Lobby directly across from the Gift Shop. Visit the Guest Services desk for patient room information, hospital maps, shuttle services, and other general information.

Hospital Pharmacy
- The Hospital Pharmacy is located on the Ground Floor of the Hospital in the West Tower Lobby behind the Gift Shop and is open 24/7
Gift Shop
- Located on the Ground Floor of the Hospital in the West Tower Lobby
- Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 7:00pm
Higher Ground Coffee
- Located on the Ground Floor of the Hospital in the South Tower Lobby
- Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 6:00pm
- Hours: Saturday & Sunday – 7:00am – 2:00pm
Cafeteria
- The hospital cafeteria is located on the 3rd Floor in the Crystal Spring Tower and is currently being renovated. Please follow the posted signage to access the cafe.
- Cafe is available Daily until 12am
- Smart Vending Available 24/7
Chapel and Pastoral Care
- The Hospital Chapel is located on the 2nd Floor in the South Tower and is open to all who need it
- To see a chaplain, please call the Chaplain’s office at CRMH at 540-981-7255.
- Staffed Hours for the Chaplain Service are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- You can also ask your nurse or physician to contact the on-call chaplain after hours and on weekends.
Inpatient Trauma Units
- Neuro-Trauma ICU & PCU – Located on the 9th Floor in the Mountain Tower
- Surgical ICU & PCU – Located on the 10th Floor in the Mountain Tower
- Orthopedic Medical Surgical Floor (for patients that no longer need cardiac monitoring) – Located on the 9th Floor in the West Tower
- Gerneral Trauma Medical Surgical Floor (for patients that no longer need cardiac monitoring) – Located on the 11th Floor in the West Tower
- Pediatric Trauma Patients are admitted to either the General Pediatric Floor or the Pediatric ICU (PICU) – both are located on the 11th Floor in the South Tower
- NOTE: Trauma patients ages 15-17 will be treated on the Adult Floors unless no Adult Trauma Beds are available
