TSN Consumer Brochure and TSN Resource Cards
This print-ready brochure is useful for promoting and explaining the TSN to patients and their families. The print-ready cards (which go in the brochure’s pocket folder) provide more information on each of the TSN programs and resources (TSN Website, Peer Visitation Program, NextSteps, and Peer Support Groups). You can choose which cards to print based on which programs your trauma center offers. You can also use the cards as stand-alone pieces.
