The Race to Rebuild is a virtual self-paced Run, Walk, Cycle, Roll, to raise awareness of the Trauma Survivors Network and recognize the recovery journey taken by trauma survivors. Register to join the race by May 1st and receive an amazing race shirt and bib. You can race on your own during the month of May or see if your local TSN program is hosting a Race to Rebuild group event. In fact, when you register, you can join the team for your local TSN program!

Overcoming mountains and reaching unknowable peaks, together. The design for the 2025 Race Shirt is inspired by the recovery journey that trauma survivors face every day. Recovery can be like climbing a mountain. You grip and pull yourself up the steep slopes, sliding back down, and forcing yourself to climb up it again. When we go through recovery together, there are those who can lend a hand, give you a push, and cheer you on as you face your mountain. The view from the peak is best when you are surrounded by those who care.
