Count down to Race to Rebuild (May 1st!)

We are so excited to have you join us for the 5th annual Trauma Survivors Network Race to Rebuild.

The theme this year is overcoming mountains and reaching unknowable peaks, together. The design for the 2025 Race Shirt is inspired by the recovery journey that trauma survivors face every day. Recovery can be like climbing a mountain. You grip and pull yourself up the steep slopes, sliding back down, and forcing yourself to climb up it again. When we go through recovery together, there are those who can lend a hand, give you a push, and cheer you on as you face your mountain. The view from the peak is best when you are surrounded by those who care.

This year is on track to be our largest Race to Rebuild ever. We are incredibly grateful to each and everyone one of you for coming together to race in support of Trauma Survivors and those who care for them. This event is more than a race. It is a powerful statement of resilience, community, and hope.

How to Participate

The Race to Rebuild is a virtual race that provides you with the flexibility to race when you want and where you want! Your race is your own, so pick a day between May 1 and May 31 to go your goal distance.
You can race on your own, or check with your local Trauma Survivors Network site to see if they have an event planned.
Race kits will be shipping on April 24th and May 9th. Your kit will include your exclusive TSN Race to Rebuild shirt, your race bib, and a piece of TSN swag! Your race bib comes with a special features, instead of a race number, you can write out your reason for racing on it!
Take pictures to share! If you post on social media, tag us @TraumaSurvivorsNetwork or you can email the pictures to us at [email protected]

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who has fueled our race one donation at a time. These funds directly support the Trauma Survivors Network grant program, which provides seed funding to local TSN programs to build and grow their programs. As their programs grow, so does the support available to trauma survivors and their families to survive, connect, and rebuild after injury.
