Support Groups

Traumatic injuries affect both physical and psychosocial well-being. The Trauma Survivor’s Network Peer Support Groups provide a space to share experiences of injury recovery, offer mutual support, and enhance coping skills.

In-Person Support Groups

Chandler Regional Trauma Survivors

Hosted by Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, Arizona.

This support group is hosted quarterly on Wednesday evenings in the East Valley for one-hour.

Brain Injury Support Group

Hosted by Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Brain injury survivors and their caregivers are invited to socialize and support each other in this monthly meeting offered by the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina and Grand Strand Health.

Let’s CHAT Survivors Support Group

Hosted by the University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This is a general support group for trauma survivors on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6 pm EST. Currently meetings are held virtually and in-person. This support group is for adults up to age 72.

This support group meets on the third Thursday of the month at 5:30-7:00pm ET. Attendees must be over 18.

TSN Teen & Young Adults Group is a place for high-school and college-aged individuals who are trauma survivors to connect and receive support. It is hosted on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8 pm ET.

For youth ages 11-15 who have experienced a traumatic injury or have experience an injury within their family. This group is hosted from 5-6 pm ET on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
