This virtual group has a single link for Survivors, Family & Friends, and Young Adults and then separate into breakout groups after a brief welcome. It is hosted on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 8 pm ET.

Trauma Survivors Support Group
Hosted by South Texas Health System McAllen Trauma & Critical Care Unit.
The peer group designed to help trauma survivors and caregivers in their recovery. Our goal is to provide a positive, supportive space to come together to discuss personal recovery, encourage each other and access education and resources.
This group meets the second Wednesday of each month at 3 pm CT for 1 hour.

Head & Spinal Cord Injury Support Group
Hosted by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This support group is designed for individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries and/or spinal cord injuries as well as their caregivers and loved ones. Meetings provide opportunities for education, peer support, resource sharing, and meaningful discussion to help participants navigate the physical, emotional, and social impacts of injury. The group meets every other month on the 1st Monday at 6 pm ET at Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital.

Traumatic Injury Support Group
Hosted by OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH.
Traumatic Injury Support Group seeks to help participants adjust, understand, and find community around shared aspects of the traumatic injury event. Patients and their support systems are welcome to join our monthly meetings. All members of the community are welcome, regardless of location or healthcare provider. This group is hosted on the first Monday of every month from 6 to 7 pm as a hybrid, so you can join in-person or online.

DOC 101
Hosted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
This support group is for caregivers of severe brain injury survivors. It is a 12-week group meeting on Tuesdays from 4 – 5:15 PM CST on Zoom.
DOC is a Disorder of Conscious, a condition that follows severe brain injury. People with DOC usually require total care for physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
