It uses techniques that have been scientifically proven to increase your self-confidence and sense of empowerment. Virtual Support Groups Online
Ongoing – Every month the Trauma Survivors Network offers free virtual support groups for trauma survivors and their friends and families. These groups offer real-time interaction with people who have gone through what you are experiencing, and who want to help you get through your recovery by sharing their stories with you.
