Haven of Lake & Sumter Counties, Inc., was established in 1977 to meet the needs of domestic violence victims. Florida’s 41 certified domestic violence centers offer temporary emergency shelter, advocacy, and crisis intervention services to provide victims with the resources necessary to be safe and live free of violence.
