Support, Awareness, and Recovery Opportunities
During the month of May, Trauma Awareness Month and National Trauma Survivors Day honor the strength and resilience of trauma survivors, their families, friends, and the professionals who support them.
The ongoing NextSteps Online program offers a free six‑week self‑management course designed to build confidence, empowerment, and skills for taking an active role in recovery.
TandemStride is a digital platform that connects people recovering from serious injuries with trained peer mentors who have experienced similar trauma.
It provides emotional support, guidance, and resources to help patients navigate recovery after leaving the hospital.
